CLIENT SERVICE POSITION (m/f/d) (Customer Support)
We are looking for new staff members (m/f/d) for our coaching team in Kiev. You will offer support in our internal member’s area and help our VIP clients with issues regarding strategy, execution and mindset around the clock.

The goal of this paid trainee program is to select and hire you as a full-time business coach for our programs. You will be our first line of support and will assist our clients as they build and scale their business.
  • Full time coaching position.
  • ​All work is done 100% online but you’ll be working side by side with us in our office in Kiev.
  • ​You’ll be trained by the entire team Max.
  • ​Starting salary: 2,000 EUR per month (increases based on performance) + promotion opportunities.

SALES ASSISTANT (m/f/d)
We're looking for new team members (m/w/d) for our sales and strategy consulting team here in Kiev. The job includes pre-qualifying potential clients on the phone and consulting them regarding their business goals. 

The goal of this paid trainee program is to select and hire you as a full time strategy consultant within our sales team - in person, working with us in our offices in Kiev.
  • Full-time position in our sales team
  • ​This is NOT a sales job - while you are working in the area of sales and are speaking to potential clients on the phone, you will not be selling. Your job is to schedule appointments, screen prospects and be a helping hand for our closers.
  • ​While your work is being done via phone/laptop you are still required to work side-by-side with us in person in our offices in Kiev.

We're looking for new staff members (m/f/d) for our business administration, who can assist us in planning and organizing the company. You will be the personal assistant to our Chief Operating Officer and help us build, manage and take care of internal operations and processes in our office in Kiev.

The goal of this paid trainee program is to select and hire you as the right hand of the executive office.

We're looking for a highly-talented videographer (m/f/d) that is proficient in AdobeSuite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or Final Cut) and can help us shoot and edit videos for all of Max's YouTube channels , as well as shooting and editing pictures for Max's Instagram. 

Additionally, you'll do Photoshoots of our parties and professional photoshoots for our model agency. 

The goal is to select you as our design and videography genius who is working in the backgrounds to be responsible for maintaining our high level social media output and also be continually improving this degree.
  • Full time position
  • You need to have a DLSR or mirrorless camera and lenses
  • ​You need a computer to edit on, ideally a laptop because we travel sometimes
  • ​You’ll be filming and editing mostly side by side with us in our office in Kiev
  • ​Starting salary: 3,000 EUR per month + promotion opportunities 
  • ​You should have a pretty distinct sense of visuals and strong attention to design.

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator (m/f/d) that is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere pro. 

This is NOT a videographer or photographer position, as your responsibilities are only creating and editing social media content, not filming.
Requirements:
  • ​Professional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Professional skills in graphic design and creative social media content creation
  • ​Proficient in video editing and photo editing
  • ​Extensive knowledge in content creation for Instagram, TikTok and Youtube
  • ​Perfect English skills (professional and error-free written expression).

  • ​Creating short-form content for Instagram stories and feed from existing long-form Youtube videos

Your responsibilities include:
  • ​Work closely with the video production team to ensure the best short-form video edits for Instagram and TikTok as well as the best long-form video edits for YouTube and IGTV
